Matters needing
attention:
1. Avoid direct heating of open fire.
2. Avoid piercing, cutting and drawing die surface with sharp objects.
3. It is best to cook in boiling water for 3~5 minutes before the first use.
4. If the batter is not filled with all the mold cavity, a small amount of water is added to the empty mold cavity to prevent the air roasting resulting in excessive heat aging and reducing the service life of the mold. Be careful to place the mold in the middle of the oven and keep 3cm distance from the oven wall to prevent damage to the mold.
5. After each use, the mold is soaked in the diluted detergent for 10~20 minutes. A soft cotton cloth or sponge is used in cleaning to avoid the use of hard tools such as steel wire brushes, wire balls and sand cloth to avoid damage to the surface of the mold. It is better to use warm water to clean it.
